PRISM
An autonomous CMO that answers to the unit economics.
“PRISM surfaced a 0.56× ROAS on ₹4.06L of Meta spend in its first audit — and said so. An autonomous marketing operator is only useful if it tells you the truth when a channel doesn’t pay.”
What it is
The product
PRISM is an autonomous CMO agent for e-commerce. It reads live demand, allocates spend against unit economics, and is honest when a channel isn’t working. It runs as an operator across six command views rather than a reporting dashboard, with a demand radar that listens to signals including Reddit.
The problem
What we set out to solve
Most growth spend is allocated on lagging dashboards and gut feel. Agencies optimise to vanity metrics; in-house teams lack the time to continuously re-allocate against true unit economics. The result is silent waste — spend that keeps running on channels that don’t pay.
The build
How it actually works
PRISM is built as an autonomous operator: a demand radar reads live signals, a spend-allocation engine moves budget against unit economics, and the agent reports honestly when ROAS is underwater. In its first audit it surfaced a 0.56× ROAS on ₹4.06L of Meta spend. It is at pilot stage with Pujaroom. [REVIEW: confirm the six command views, model/stack, and roadmap with the team.]
