What we set out to solve

Cricket academies run on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and good will. Coaches mark attendance on paper. Directors chase parents over WhatsApp for term fees. Reports get written from memory in the last week of term. Video clips live on coaches' phones. Nothing is searchable, nothing is auditable, and the moment a senior coach leaves, half the academy's institutional memory walks out the door.

The build

How it actually works

FlikVault is multi-tenant from day one — single-site academies, multi-site networks, parent bodies with affiliated clubs. Roles for everyone: directors get the dashboard, coaches get the one-tap roll, parents get the calendar and the invoice, players get videos and feedback. Reports use cricket-specific personas (red-ball, white-ball, junior) with batting/bowling/fielding/wicketkeeping ratings — not generic sports fields. Vision is built in, not bolted on.
